Terms of Service

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and the operator of CitySave.in, based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India ("CitySave", "we", "us", "our").

"Merchant" means a business listed on CitySave that offers discount coupons. "Coupon" means the digital discount voucher you purchase on the Platform, redeemable at the Merchant's physical premises in Jaipur. "Booking fee" means the amount you pay to CitySave for issuing the Coupon. "Service price" means the amount you pay directly to the Merchant on redemption.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By using the Platform, you represent that the information you provide (name, phone, email) is true and current, and that you are using the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes (unless you are a registered Merchant).

CitySave is not a retailer of goods or services. We operate as an intermediary platform that connects Jaipur residents with local Merchants offering discount coupons.

The transaction is split in two parts:

• Booking fee (e.g. ₹49, ₹99, ₹149) — paid by you to CitySave via Razorpay. This is our service fee for issuing the Coupon.
• Service price (the discounted price agreed by the Merchant) — paid directly by you to the Merchant at the time of redemption, in cash, UPI or card.

The Merchant is solely responsible for the goods or services rendered. CitySave does not act as a party to that underlying transaction between you and the Merchant.

Each Coupon you purchase carries a unique alphanumeric code, a QR code, and a one-time OTP. Each Coupon is single-use and non-transferable, and is valid only until the "valid till" date displayed at the time of purchase.

You agree to redeem the Coupon at the listed Merchant in Jaipur within the validity period. Coupons that lapse unused are forfeited and not refundable, except as set out in our Refund Policy.

The Coupon entitles you only to the offer described on the Coupon's detail page. Any add-ons, taxes, or charges beyond the stated offer are payable to the Merchant separately.

Merchants on CitySave are independent businesses. They are personally verified by us before listing, but they remain solely responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of the goods or services they provide.

Merchants are required to honour every valid Coupon presented within its validity period. If a Merchant refuses to honour your Coupon, you may raise a dispute via your account or write to disputes@citysave.in. We will investigate within 48 working hours.

All booking fees are charged in Indian Rupees and processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. GST, if applicable, is included in the displayed booking fee. Invoices are emailed to the address on your account.

The service price paid to the Merchant is a direct transaction between you and the Merchant. Any GST or other tax on that transaction is the Merchant's responsibility to collect and remit.

You agree not to:

• Resell or transfer Coupons to any third party.
• Attempt to fraudulently redeem Coupons (e.g. screenshots of expired coupons, duplicate scans).
• Use the Platform for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with the Platform's security, integrity, or normal operation.
• Scrape, copy, or systematically extract data from the Platform without our written permission.
• Impersonate any other person or misrepresent your identity.

Violation may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any unredeemed Coupons.

You access CitySave using phone-OTP authentication. You are responsible for keeping your phone number secure and for all activity on your account. Promptly notify us at hello@citysave.in if you suspect unauthorised access.

All trademarks, logos, listings, photographs, deal descriptions, and the CitySave brand are the property of CitySave or our licensors (including Merchants who have authorised their use on the Platform). You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of this content without written permission.

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the fitness, quality, safety, or outcome of goods or services provided by any Merchant.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the booking fees paid by you to CitySave in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or any conduct that we reasonably believe to be harmful to other users, Merchants, or the Platform. You may close your account at any time by writing to hello@citysave.in.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on this page and (where significant) via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after a change constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
